Hi no electrivity in my room on arrival ad the fridge had melted all over the carpet so it was wet. Went to ask for help and they just had a housekeeper shove a card n the electrity as a temporary measure. Wet to order dinner dreaming of a steak and was flatly told by a rude u smiling asian woman behind the bar that there was no steak- no apology, suggest I have fish and chips. then I had to wait ages and noone brought me the glass of wne or meal I ordered as the woman was gossiping behind the bar and clearly couldnt care about the service. Overall a really bad exprience. Food was less than average as well. I wont be back.

The staff were exceptional. Food at the restaurant was awesome, a bit expensive. Clean and tidy. Cannot get over the amazing staff though. Great location too!

Great location close to the airport but very quiet. Clean and tidy rooms. Good onsite restaurant and bar. Easy walk to good restaurants and supermarket. The staff are very friendly and also allowed an earlier check in after we arrived from an overnight flight. Airport shuttle was reasonable and fast.
